Cookie Statement
Effective: October 7, 2026
gremblin uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries, every one of them needed to make the Service work for you. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies and nothing set by third parties for their own purposes, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.
Cookies
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token (and related sb-… cookies) | Supabase, our authentication provider | Keeps you signed in | Session, refreshed while you use the Service |
| omnio_tz | gremblin | Your browser's time zone, so a log entry lands on the right calendar day | One year |
| omnio_invite | gremblin | Remembers which invite link you arrived through, only until the account it was for is created | Short-lived; removed once used |
Browser storage
These are kept in your browser's local storage, never sent to us, and you can clear them at any time by clearing site data:
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
| theme | Your light, dark or system theme preference |
| omnio_whats_new_seen | Which release notes you have already opened, so the What's new mark clears |
Analytics
We use Plausible for anonymous visit counts. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent signing in; blocking the others only loses the convenience they provide.
